Shipping Policy

WHAT IS THE SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIME FRAME?

When placing your order please note the Order periods for your particular store. They can usually be found at the top of the page for the collection.

All pieces are custom made to order and take approximately 6-8 weeks from the day the order period closes.

As each order arrives in bulk, there will be a pickup arranged for your organization. You will receive an email for the date/time/location for this pickup.

If you have not received your order within the time frame above, please do not hesitate to contact us and provide your order number for more information.

CAN I GET DIRECT SHIPPING WITH MY ORDER?

We always offer DIRECT shipping.

Direct shipping is done via USPS Priority mail and usually costs $8-10 for local, two to three day delivery. You will be notified when your order has shipped to you with a tracking number. 

*Please note, this shipping time is in ADDITION to the 6-8 weeks of production time.
